La Pointe Beach Huts

My little family and I were allowed to stay at Vevue Noir. It was the perfect end to our Seychelles tour. A little away from the tourist hustle and bustle, we were able to cool off in our own pool and enjoy the view from the terrace. The two spacious bedrooms were decorated with great attention to detail. The air conditioning made the heat bearable during the day. An absolute highlight of both bedrooms is the outdoor shower (see picture). On request there was a rich breakfast or a bike rental available . The manager was very nice always there for us even in the evening hours an, lovley and supportive giving recommadations for daytrips .

I highly recommend this place. The apartment was very cozy, spacious, and clean. We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. Additionally, we were treated to a nice refreshment with a chilled coconut. The internet works efficiently and fast, and the staff are very helpful.

One of the most stunning resorts we’ve stayed at! We got a free upgrade prior to our arrival for no extra charge. The staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. The place was spotlessly cleaned every day. There was laundry in the unit and the kitchen was well-equipped with both equipment and cooking basics. The only downside was that we lost power during a severe storm - this wasn’t the fault of the hotel of course, but may have been avoided if we chose a more central hotel.

We stayed 1 week at la Pointe beach huts and loved the authentic place in the middle of tropical nature, surrounded by huge palm and fruit trees as well as singing birds. The appartment was spacious, clean (service was provided every day) and perfect to relax. The beautiful beach is just across the street, 2 min walking distance. We would love to return and recommend to others!

Great beach huts with a good beach and snorkeling a stones throw away. Hummingbird hut has a plunge pool which is great for that final chill out at the end of your day at the beach or exploring. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable as well as practical, fans and air-conditioning. Very private and set in beautiful gardens with a mangrove of its own teaming with wildlife, some that pop in to say hi and others that obviously share your space like the lovely bright green geckos. Rooms are cleaned daily except Sundays. Fresh towels and bedding every 3 days. Anacell and her team make you feel very welcome and are on hand daily until 4pm except Sunday. There is a lovely restaurant within walking distance, La Rochers, (2 minutes) where you can watch the amazing sunsets and having a sundowner. The downside is that you do need a hire car if you wish to try other restaurants or buy groceries if you decide to eat in. By having a car you can also explore all the stunning beaches around the island, not to mention Vallee de Mai. A really lovely and relaxing stay at Hummingbird Beach Hut.
