Terms and Conditions for Truly Seychelles

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the booking platform for hotels and guesthouses in Seychelles ("Platform") operated by Kolibri Business Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform to make a booking or to otherwise engage with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Truly Seychelles allows users to search for, book, and manage hotel and guesthouse accommodations located in Seychelles. We act as an intermediary between you ("Guest") and the accommodation providers ("Establishments"). All bookings made through the Platform are subject to these Terms.
In order to use the Platform, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
Search and selection:
You may search for available accommodations and review details, such as room types, rates, and policies for each establishment.
Booking confirmation:
When you make a booking on the Platform, you will be required to provide necessary personal information, including your name, contact information, and payment details. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us or the establishment.
Payment:
Payment for bookings may be processed directly through the Platform or directly with the establishment, depending on the specific terms of your reservation. By submitting payment information, you agree to the charges associated with your reservation.
Pricing and availability:
Prices, availability, and room types on the Platform are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of accommodations, but we will attempt to fulfill your booking request as accurately as possible.
Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy varies by establishment and is outlined at the time of booking. You are responsible for understanding the cancellation terms before making a reservation.
Modification of bookings:
Changes to bookings (such as date changes or special requests) must be made directly with the establishment and are subject to their availability and terms.
Refunds:
If your booking is refundable, you will be entitled to a refund according to the establishment's cancellation policy. Refunds may take several business days to process. Non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
Accurate information:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process and while using the Platform.
Respectful behaviour:
You agree to behave respectfully while staying at the establishment and comply with their house rules, policies, and local laws.
Liability:
You are responsible for any damage caused to the establishment property during your stay. The establishment may charge you for any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
Accommodation availability:
Establishments listed on the Platform are responsible for ensuring that accommodations are available and meet the terms of your reservation.
Guest services:
Establishments are responsible for providing the services as advertised on the Platform, including the quality and cleanliness of rooms, facilities, and amenities.
Pricing and policies:
Establishments are responsible for setting their own prices and policies, including cancellation and modification terms.
Reviews:
Guests may have the opportunity to leave reviews or ratings for establishments following their stay. Reviews should be honest and based on your own experiences.
Moderation:
We reserve the right to remove or edit reviews that violate our guidelines or contain inappropriate content.
Accuracy of reviews:
We do not endorse or verify the content of reviews and are not responsible for any opinions expressed in them.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed separately on our website.
Platform use:
We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to errors in information, website downtime, or unauthorised access to your account.
Establishment liability:
We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of the establishments listed on the Platform. Any issues with your accommodation or service should be addressed directly with the establishment.
Force majeure:
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Truly Seychelles or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seychelles.
