Situated 250 metres from Anse Volbert Beach, Coco Bay Villa is set in a tropical garden. It offers a restaurant, BBQ facilities and free WiFi in the public areas. Guests can also rent bicycles at the guest house. The chalet is also equipped with a kitchenette and terrace. The rooms include access to a shared kitchen and lounge. Restaurants can be found in Cote D'or which is a short walk away. Coco Bay Villa can arrange tours and excursions upon request. Free private parking and BBQ facilities are available on site. The room was quite old fashioned and smelled mouldy. The main problems were the bed and wifi. The mattress was very old and worn and would have needed replacement long time ago. You could fill every single coil. It was really hard to get any sleep at night. The kitchen equipment was old and dirty. The WIFI is only in the common room and is practically not working. Most of the time you could not even open a webpage. The host was also quite a negative surprise. Everything seemed hard for her and she couldn't give us any proper information about the bus schedule or the surounding stores. She asked us why we came here as some other countries are nicer and cheaper. The AC can be used only at night. The walls are whery thin and you can hear the guests talking in other rooms. The only positive note was the common place that can be a good starting point to meet other guests and share stories. To sum up, this was our worst decision during our stay on Seychelles. You can get much better rooms for just a few euros more.

Worst accomodation I have ever stayed at!! I have stayed in huts in the wilderness that felt cleaner and safer than this place. Mold on the roof like a big spiderweb, no heat in the shower, multiple lizards in the room, dirty bed clothes etc. etc. I stayed here 6 months ago and still have nightmares about the place.

The only advantage of this accomodation is its location 3 minutes walk from a nice beach (Anse Volbert). However, the rooms are very old, with lots of insect everywhere and hot water was not working in one room, so we got another one where I got my hand burnt by the extremely hot water instead. I do not recommend this place

The location of this place is absolutely great if you're traveling on a tight budget. It is self catering so if you don't want to spend too much eating out, then you have a fully equipped kitchen in each room just for yourself. The staff is very helpful as they a locals and they know the island. The price is very reasonable considering that it is the Seychelles and there are all the amneties necessary to spend a great holiday regardless if it's raining or not...A1 on the location as there are not many like this on praslin where you are close to a magnificent beach and shops and restaurants as well..great value for money in the Seychelles..i recommend

Terrible place, we booked their 1 Bedroom Bungalow through booking.com, we booked it one month before starting travelling and we were in a hurry, that's why had to booked it and trust me it was the horrific day of our whole journey, the place is so bad, its like mini shell, the leafs blocking it to go inside, and if we somehow go inside, oh god, it's just so bad, that it's literally unlivable, i was thinking to book somewhere else but oh god, because of the ETA and stuff, it's super hard, so had to stay somehow and very next morning we just checked out. However, the room is so bad, even tho its cheap, trust me, spend some more and go stay somewhere else (note is that im talking about this specific room, the other rooms are seem to be nice as per the review). now let's talk about the owner, the overall babushka/grandmas in the whole seychelles, she seems to be modest and a bit communicative than others but she thinks she knows too much, while im telling her that the payment is paid, she seems to think and keep pushing that through booking.com it is not paid, however, after telling her politely for idk 3-5 times, she checked and yes, it was paid, she had no word after that. But as a guest, we deserve better respect and everything, however, overall she ain't too bad throughout the journey of babushkas but the room, oh hell nawhhh....
