The place was very cozy and quite clean, but the smell of the sheets, the bathroom, and the living room was rather unpleasant. The host was welcoming, and the meal she prepared for us was delicious.

- Overall, the villa is shabby and uncomfortable. Everything seems rickety and on its last legs. The dishes are sparse and old, and many essentials are missing. It feels like they brought in the leftovers of everything unnecessary from other places, which they would be a shame to throw away. The switches don't all work and are falling off. The shower pressure is weak, making it difficult to rinse out shampoo or seawater. At one point, the internet stopped working completely. Every surface is covered in horrific dirt and dust. We had to wash and wipe down everything we planned to touch. It felt like we were not expected or prepared for our arrival.

- Overall, the villa is shaky and uncomfortable. Everything is kind of shaky and outdated. The kitchenettes are meager and old, and there aren't enough of the necessary ones. I guess, they bring here remains of useless staff that collected from everywhere. Not all switches work, some fall out. The water pressure in shower is weak, it makes rinsing of shampoo or sea water challenging. The internet stopped working at all at one moment, and we were without connection the whole day. There was terrible dirt and dust on all surfaces, everywhere. We had to wash and wipe everything we planned to touch. We had a strong feeling that we were not expected and they did not prepare for our arrival.

My Ozi Perl New Creole Villas was the biggest dump we booked on our Seychelles tour, based on its relatively good reviews. It makes you wonder what standards other travelers are using to give it 10 points.
The entire accommodation was filthy. Everything was covered in a greasy film, especially in the kitchen, and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks.
Luckily, we only booked for three nights. No cleaning was done during that time. The trash wasn't emptied either. As a result, there were a lot of ants and other small creatures.
There were no fresh sheets or towels.
At check-in, we were told that no one was looking after the house and that we should lock everything securely because there had recently been a break-in. Hence the padlocks on the sliding window in the living room.
Payment was supposed to be by Visa card. The owner doesn't have a Visa card reader. They demanded cash payment in Euros or Seychelles Crypt. I paid in Euros with a 10% discount. The garden is completely overgrown. The garden furniture is rusted through and filthy. Bicycles were supposed to be provided free of charge, but they weren't there. (Booking Jan. 2023)
The kitchen was a complete disaster. The kitchen utensils were unusable for cooking and there were as few as shown in the photo. Everything was just old junk. The same goes for the cups and plates. The toaster only works on one side. You get the feeling that everything was collected from the garbage dump.
The electrical wiring is extremely dangerous and exposed. The lamps next to the bed are also unacceptable.
The tangle of cables and devices for the TV and Wi-Fi is equally unacceptable.
The tap water is not safe to drink. It's only good for the toilet!
The only positive was the relatively new air conditioning unit.

Our stay at My Ozi Perl Creole Villa, hosted by Myriam and Perli, truly felt like a home away from home. They were incredibly welcoming and such a lovely couple, and their kindness made our stay even more special.
We had a wonderful time at the villa. One of the highlights for me was cooking fresh seafood from the street vendor, an experience that made us feel like true locals. It added a unique and authentic touch to our holiday.
We truly loved our stay and are grateful for the warmth and hospitality we received. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, genuine, and memorable experience.
