Villa Roscia is a family home and situated in the heart of Beau Vallon offering panoramic views over the bay. This is a home to call yours during your Seychelles holiday. We are a family owned and run residence whereby we offer a very warm welcome and personalized service throughout your stay. Come as guests, leave as friends. Beau Vallon is one of the best parts of the island to be situated at. Not only is the beach out of this world, but there is a plethora of activities, restaurants, cafes and things to do. Our home is right above the Beau Vallon village offering amazing views. It's ideally situated for you to take a stroll down the road and you are faced with shops, dive centres, restaurants, cafes and even the local market 'Bazar Labrin'. Otherwise, take a short drive to Victoria to visit the market, art galleries and museums, or then again nearby is the Botanical Gardens. For those more adventurous, go to Bel Ombre (5 minutes away by car) and do the Anse Majore hike. But for those that just want to laze on the beach, its just down the road, and you can pick a different spot every day & you won't get bored of the view.

Villa Roscia is situated on one of the best beaches at Mahe…easy to find…map description is perfect…even the villa is not far from the small main road there’s no noise disturbing…very nice, authentic and warm welcome from the owner directly…fantastic sea view…romantic sunset…the room includes all as described…comfortable enough for two people…nice veranda included two seats and a table…ok, tiles at the bathroom are nice but need a little maintenance, not a big affair…enough space for cars directly by the villa…automatic gate…nice pool for a fast refreshing …breakfast is amazing and offered as buffet and includes all what you like…eggs on different types freshly made…delicious homemade banana cake…to take it at a big veranda and at this time natural shadow with the gorgeous sea view…totally relaxing.. for sure I’d like to book again…and for the booking himself…was easy to do, fast and correct reply!!! Congrats, please continue 👏👏👏

Paolo and Nicole were super nice and helpful and they made my stay at their villa very enjoyable. The property is beautiful, 5 min walk to the beach and the restaurants nearby. The view from the terrace is stunning, breakfast is delicious and simple. The rooms get cleaned daily and the wifi works perfectly.

We had a great stay here. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The villa has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach and good restaurants. The hosts Paulo and Nicole are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with arranging several excursions and had great tips for what to see on the island. The breakfast was great and included a good selection of local fruits. All in all, I could not recommend it enough!

An absolutely wonderful stay here at Villa Roscia. Such a warm welcome from Nicole and family. We were thrilled with our room with a beautiful sea view. All rooms had access to the terrace overlooking the bay. Excellent room with a great deal of care taken over presentation. Very clean - everything spotless. Good breakfast in the morning on the terrace with a stunning view. A truly first rate experience. Thank you so much!
